Nangka is the name commonly used in the Philippines for the Jackfruit Tree, which can be found throughout South and Southeast Asia. Its proper name is Artocarpus heterophyllus, and may also be referred to as Jacktree, Jakfruit, Jack, Jak, and Lanka, among other numerous names.
