Our PVC clown horns with bow tips! The two thinner striped horns/hats are attached to a slim PVC headband. The horns are made with a thick foam liner for structure. You can wear this with multicolored clothing for a Clown costume or Harley Cosplay! If you want a single PVC clown/birthday hat look please look !
Available in all of our colours of PVC with your choice of accent colour and bow tip. We will make the horns in your choice of two colours (use the colour option to pick) and the bow and the stripe accent (use the accent trim colour option). If you want this to only be made in two colours and symmetrical on both sides do not choose an accent colour. This is an intricately made item so we prefer to speak to you through e-mail after your order and before we start sewing so we can confirm what colour you want for the stripes on the right side, stripes on the left side, and the colour for the stripe on both side and bow tips. The headband is available in either black or white.
